In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Cochrane Floors & More will be mandating changes to our daily operations. We will continue to update this page with information on our showroom hours, warehouse, and installation services.

EFFECTIVE  July 25, 2022

Following the policies our Provincial government, we are able to confirm that our showroom is open to walk-in traffic and masks are no longer required while in the store.   

 

With that said, we recognize that there are many conflicting sediments regarding mask-wearing and social distancing. So while we do not require clients to wear a mask while in the store, if you prefer to wear a mask yourself, we invite you to do so.

​

If you feel more comfortable with your consultant wearing a mask, simply ask, and we will be happy to create an environment in which you're comfortable, or to book you a private appointment as available. 

​

​Additionally and with you in mind;

​​

  • Our Design team and Estimators will wear masks if requested, for your peace of mind.

  • We will provide all customers with hand sanitizer and/or masks while here, if requested.

  • (3) separate design stations have been created for in-store appointments. 

  • Small children are welcome but should stay with an adult at all times to limit their contact with surroundings
